Connect your device to the harvester computer via USB. The Android File Transfer window may jump to the front if your Android's settings are already correct.
Open the Notification Panel on your Android. Swipe down from the top of your screen to open the panel that displays all of your notifications.
Tap the USB option. This will allow you to select the USB mode for your device. Look for the USB logo in your list of notifications.
Move now to the harvester computer and open File Explorer.
Click on This PC from the left pane.
Under the "Devices and drives" section, double-click the external device to see its data.
3. Select the PRI files that you want to transfer.
4. Click the Copy to button from the "Home" tab or by right click
5. Click the Choose location option
6. Files must be copied into the HarvestSync directory.

Once you complete these steps, the files will copy from the computer to the external device.
When importing and exporting files, it's usually safer to perform a "copy" instead of a "move" action to prevent losing the files if there's a problem during the transfer.
